Zappos.com is a online company that sells a wide variety of apparel and shoes.  They are one of the fastest growing online companies and have accomplished  this feat by their superior customer service.  As someone who shops on the internet quite a bit, its refreshing to find a company that actually places the consumers needs ahead of their own.  I have been following their business practices and the implementation of their company culture for some time.
